A: YES! We ship worldwide.

Q: How do I get my coupon code to work?
A: If you have a coupon code you can enter it at the checkout.
Make sure you use uppercase (capital letters) & no spaces or punctuation.

Q: How much will shipping cost to ............?
A: Shipping is calculated automatically at the checkout
to provide the best possible service. We only charge you 
the price that we pay to the courier.

Q: How long does it take to ship to.........?
A: Although we ship everything within a week, some
​countries take longer to get to than others. We are based
​in the UK so Europe takes 1-2 weeks, USA between 2 and
6 weeks & Australia between 3 & 10 weeks.
Sometimes packages can be held at customs when they
​reach the destination country but if this happens you will
receive a letter from customs.

Q: Will I have to pay customs tax/import fees?
A: Depending on your country, you may owe duties, taxes, or import fees in addition to our shipping rates, which only cover the transit cost of the parcel. Sorry, we can’t change your government’s laws!

Q: Will you send my international parcel tracked?
A: We are happy to get a quote to send your parcel by
tracked mail & charge you the difference, however we don't
send mail tracked as standard as the cost is so high, from £30
​for 1 t-shirt.

Q: Can I return an item for a refund or exchange?
A: Of course you can! Just click on the returns link at the bottom of any page
for more information.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: You can choose at the checkout whether you would like to pay by PayPal  any debit or credit card or Apple pay.

Q: Where is my receipt?
A: When you place an order your receipt is emailed straight to you.
We try not to waste paper so we don't print out another copy to post with your order.

Q: How do I claim my FREE UK  shipping?
A: If your order is £60 or over you will get free shipping within the UK.
You don't need to do anything, the shipping cost will be deducted automatically at the checkout.

​Q: Where is my order?
A: We print all our t-shirts in house to order, and post within a week.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been posted. If you are in the UK then your order has been posted by Royal mail.

Q: Can I place a UK order & receive it the next day?
A: Maybe! If you send us a quick message so we can check we have the right size/colour in stock then we will do our best.

Q: What is the difference between fitted and unisex?
​A: Fitted t-shirts are smaller and tighter with a tailored waist, they are designed to hug your body & have smaller shorter sleeves.
Unisex t-shirts are more of a standard box shaped fit, they go straight down from the armpit to the hem & have normal short sleeves. A small unisex tee is a ladies size 12.

Q: What is my size in US sizes?
A: We don't know! We found other countries sizing so confusing that we have put 'to fit' sizes in inches (that's 2.54cms!) on every product page.
​If you do get stuck you are welcome to email us your measurements and we will check for you.

Q: How do I wash my product?
A: You will find washing instructions on the inner hem label of every garment, but you can't go wrong washing everything on 30 and ironing on the reverse!

Q: Can you do sizes larger than 2XL?
A: We know not everyone is built the same, and we do our best to offer sizing that accommodates all body types. Depending on the style of apparel, we carry sizes that range from XS to 2XL. Please note that our sizing options are limited to the availability of our apparel supplier and our printers are only capable if printing 12 x 17 inches.

Q: Can i use more than one coupon code at the same time?
