We've had a number of customers recently who have entered an incorrect email address and phone number on orders and through returns/contact form.

Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in it's original condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund (minus postage and packaging charges).
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for any reason, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Let us know via the form above what you would like to exchange your item(s) for, different size/colour etc.
Faulty items
If the item you received is faulty or damaged, please contact us upon receipt using the form above giving details of the product and the fault, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. If a fault appears after 7 days from receipt of the item please also contact us and we will do our utmost best to resolve the issue.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a 'special' or 'registered' delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning, and guarantees delivery back to us within 7 working days, as returning the item back to us is your responsibility. You are responsible for postal charges unless the item is faulty in which case we will refund all costs.
